Modded xbox question please ?

I recently leeched this:

It's basically all the amiga and ST games on one dvd. Burnt it no problem and it boots up okay. When I select a game it's all just zips. I've had a scout around to find out how to extract the files (I'm assuming that I have to) so that I can actually play the games, but can't find anything. Any ideas or links please ? The nfo with the disc doesn't really go into any detail at all.... Thanks in advance
