Default Happy days as an England Fan

Well for the first time since i heard they appointed McClaren as England coach i've got a smile on my face again about the national team. Yes you got it they sacked the useless fucker.

I mean the whole country knew he wasn't the man for the job. The only peple that liked him were the useless cunts in the jackets. Yes the F.A. themselves.

Oh well lets look to the new manager. Maybe this time they'll pick someone with balls and not just a yes man. I said Martin O'Niell last time and i say him again. Get a proper coach with his own backroom staff.

What does everyone else think?

Its gonna be weird not being in the competition next year and puts a dampener on things. And i found this quote quite disturbing McClaren stated he wouldn't have quit if the F.A hadn't sacked him. Sorry but with the selection of players he had at his disposal we should expect at the very least qualification, if you can't manage that your in the wrong job. I actually wonder if the sacking came as a shock to him "The dumbass"

His whole campaign was embarrassing from start to finish from the whole Beckham thing until now, unfortunately we had to wait until he monumentally fucked up before the F.A acted there even admitting that they need to change things. (lets hope a few heads role and people start doing there jobs)

There's actually a few decent names floating around already like Butcher mentioned: O'neil,
Mourinho and former Real Madrid coach Capello has put his hat in.

Must admit the managers not great, but the england players were hardly sparkling, i would'nt want the job either way.

Whoever takes it is on a hiding to nothing because all the clubs put themselves first. How come Terry didn't play on Wednesday night but managed to play for Chelsea yesterday? Same for Ashley Cole wasn't fit enough for England duty but was playing yesterday. With those two playing I think we would have scraped a draw.

I dont reacon its NOT JUST the manager that should off got sacked.

I say there should be a full shake up off the back room staff as well.

They say the young guns are not good enough. BUT they never give them a chance either to prove them selfs (in friendlies).
